We recommend that your first session at Nerida Yoga is a casual class, which you can book on line.

If you would like to do further sessions, a class package is a cost effective way to develop your yoga practice.

We have two pricing systems – you can select whichever best suits you. Packages can be purchased at the studio. Cash and eftpos payments accepted.

With your class package, no need to book sessions, we always have reserved spots for package holders in every class.
